The Louisiana Department of Health has released an updated COVID toolkit that includes key messaging about the surge in cases across the state, the Delta variant, vaccine access, and the new mask mandate. The annual open enrollment period for all Medicaid Managed Care and Dental Plans begins October 15, 2021, and ends at 6:00 p.m. on November 30, 2021. During this time, enrollees will have the option of choosing a dental and health plan. Please read Informational Bulletin 21-12 from the Louisiana Department of Health to learn more, including your role in the enrollment process.

All current enrollees in the Louisiana EPSDT and Adult Denture dental programs have the opportunity to choose their dental plan if they did not make a choice during Open Enrollment.
