MCNA's Provider Portal has been updated to include a new option for adding a Patient Control Number generated by your office to claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals as additional information. Please click here to learn more and get started using this new feature.

MCNA's Provider Portal offers a time-saving fee schedule feature that automatically fills in the appropriate fee when you enter a CDT code into the claim and pre-authorization forms. Please click here to learn how to enable this convenient feature as well as recommended best practices.

Providers who have received a letter from Gainwell inviting them to enroll in the new Medicaid Provider Enrollment Portal have until September 30, 2022, to complete the process and avoid their claims denying.
